Lina has been investing real estate since 2008. She has joined Brad Sumrok’s multifamily personal mentoring student program, also attend Elite Legacy education real estate training. So far, she has sponsored or as key principal in total of 12 multifamily properties with 3,256 units in Texas, Georgia, Florida, and Colorado. Lina leverages her more than 15 years’ corporate financial analysis experience in her commercial properties underwriting, communicating with commercial lenders, and working with third party property management companies, property tax assessment companies, insurance companies, and cost segregation study company to perform thorough property market analysis, strategic business planning, and detail renovation budgets for all the properties acquired and asset under managed.

Lee joined Brad Sumrok’s multifamily mentoring as a personal student in the summer of 2016 and has attended Elite Legacy Education classes since then. Together with Lina, has invested in 3,256 multifamily units in 4 states. Lee is an Avionics Maintenance Technician and has been employed with Southwest Airlines Co. for the last 16 years of a 26-year career in the industry. Lee has also served as an instructor, supervisor, and worked in technical publications.
